排球/台灣隊長陳建禎 新球季轉戰日職冠軍隊


中華男排「臺灣隊長」陳建禎(黑狗),新賽季將赴日加盟上季 V.League 一級冠軍隊伍-松下黑豹 (Panasonic Panthers)。

松下球團非常重視陳建禎選手此次的入團,由部長、 同時也是 2016 年里約奧運日本國家隊總教練南部正司先生親自前來台灣,將於周三(8/15)召開簽約儀式。

台北市長三方對決,選情動見觀瞻,然而由於民進黨參選人姚文智形象低落、聲勢低迷,所以在黨內竟成各方參選人唯恐避之的合作對象,深怕一合體就受到柯文哲的外溢效應波及,傷到選情。因此無論是新北蘇貞昌,抑或是台中林佳龍,說來極為諷刺,是否與姚文智合體,為其拉抬聲勢,每每都成為媒體聚焦的關注點。

日前,根據媒體報導,林佳龍便在近日先後與姚文智與柯文哲會面,引來關注。見姚文智為其造勢,作為同黨同志,自然不令人意外。較異常的是,林佳龍竟選擇在碰面姚之後與柯文哲會面,無論是先敲定與柯會面才安排與姚,抑或是敲定姚之後趕快安排會柯。要知道,民進黨目前正傾全黨之力在圍剿柯文哲,日前還為此集體霸凌被視為友柯的高嘉瑜。而如今,林佳龍卻選擇在黨內與柯鏖戰不休,黨中央連派秘書長、總統第一文膽進駐姚團隊的同時,意欲與柯同框

雖然台中市府聲稱會面柯文哲係因市政考察與行銷花博,然而從政治訊號的角度來看,林佳龍此舉自然很明顯就是兩面討好泛綠與中間選民,避免得罪任一方。更進一步來說,就是在爭取柯中間票的同時,避免喪失泛綠票

  • 林佳龍早與柯文哲眉來眼去

事實上,比起姚文智,林佳龍在此之前早已和柯文哲多次互動。其中,最知名就莫過於今年三月,根據自由時報報導,林邀請柯市府團隊到台中綠川訪問,柯文哲在媒體面前當場盛讚林佳龍是民進黨共主的事件。

要知道,雖然林佳龍作為正國會一把手眾所皆知,然而在民進黨之中,罔論蔡英文、陳菊,論資排輩,還在賴清德後頭,因此考量到當時民進黨台北市長提名的權力競逐,柯文哲這番話確實令人相當玩味,大有介入民進黨派系鬥爭而達成政治盤算的成分。

然而林佳龍在被柯文哲吃豆腐的同時,卻由於選情告急,以及對黨內派系平衡和對2024總統大位的野心,因此只能順水推舟,與柯保持友好關係甚至在東亞青運事件中,由於懼怕議題燃燒到雙城論壇-兩岸一家親-世大運,最終被迫批評柯的論述和作為,而受到外溢效應波及,因此也不敢擴大戰線。於是選擇將其大事化小,相當違背民進黨一貫的選舉策略。

  • 白色力量與正國會共抗新潮流

而林佳龍之所以會對柯文哲如此親善,除了選情考量外,另一個最主要的因素就在於民進黨內的派系角鬥。作為黨內第二大派係正國會的掌門人,林佳龍自然會想取新潮流而代之。因為只有讓正國會成為第一大派系,林佳龍才有可能在2024挑戰總統大位所以說,在此次選舉中,民進黨黨內互打的背後,許多時候就是新潮流與正國會相互鬥爭的縮影。

另一方面,由於柯文哲向來有挑戰2024總統大位的意圖,因此這自然也與新潮流在地方席次即將下滑,力求派系首次挑戰總統的戰略目標直接違背。所以說,民進黨內自始自終最大的反柯勢力就便是新潮流。外界也很難看到,新系或親新系的諸侯,如彰化魏明谷、雲林李進勇、屏東潘孟安、台南黃偉哲會如同林佳龍般,追求與柯文哲同框。

鑒於敵人的敵人就是朋友這句古老格言的情境下,同樣有擊垮新潮流利益的林佳龍和柯文哲,自然而然就超越了黨派,組成抗擊新潮流的統一戰線

  • 高舉獨派大旗卻不敵選舉考量

就戰略目標的利益考量上,正國會-林佳龍與柯文哲組成統一戰線,並不奇怪,因為政治本身就充斥的權力鬥爭。然而正國會作為扁系-遊系脈絡之下蛻變而成的民進黨派系,其獨派立場相當鮮明。根據遊錫堃的說法,所謂的正國會,全稱就是正常國家促進會,旨在以正常國家為願景,積極推動台灣國家正常化。換句話說,就是認為中華民國不是一個正常國家,甚至不是國家。這樣的論述,在民進黨內的意識形態光譜,可謂相當靠攏極獨一端。

要知道,泛綠陣營中,內除新潮流外,對柯文哲最為不滿的政治團體就非獨派莫屬。所以從此來看,正國會選擇親善柯文哲的作法,就顯得與其政治理念和意識型態格格不入因為對於獨派來說,柯文哲此前關於兩岸的論述,包含兩岸一家親、命運共同體,事實上是完全無法接受的。

而同樣獨派立場堅決,與正國會親善的時代力量,雖然陷入對柯戰略的進退失措,擁柯派與反柯派並存。不過就兩岸一家親的立場,黨主席黃國昌就講得很明,不可能會去接受中國所拋出的兩岸一家親

所以說,林佳龍和正國會之所謂會把政治理念放在一旁,坐視不管其他民進黨同志與獨派對柯文哲兩岸論述的批評,選擇與其結盟,自然就關乎年底的選舉,與選後的黨內權力競逐

  • 新潮流將亡於林佳龍與柯文哲之手?

由於在黨內初選失利,新潮流早已註定在年底選舉中失去多個執政縣市,如果在失去彰化或雲林,新系基本可以說是即將從基層開始萎靡。

另一方面,從黨內派系分析,目前中央執政的新英同盟,本質上就是實力取向的同盟,並非政治理念的結合,可以說相當鬆散,因此雙方自始自終都在提防對方、勾心鬥角。而雙方近日又在柯文哲議題上相左,所以當新潮流開始衰弱之後,原本有求於新系的英派,是否仍有意願維持同盟?尚在未定之數

而如果說新系失去地方執政與中央盟友,在無法提供職位的情況下,其人才必然大量出走、資源也將逐步枯竭。面對如此不利局勢,倘若林佳龍和柯文哲同時勝選,且在選後繼續保持同盟,那這隻從黨外時期便存在的政治勢力,似乎就此可能走向分崩離析的黑暗時期,甚至被埋葬在歷史洪流之中
